STUDENT COMPLAINT POLICY
This School has a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).

Student’s must address their concerns about this school or any of its educational programs by following the grievance process outlined in the school’s catalog: Students with any concerns or complaints regarding the school programs, services, or staff should first address their issue with the course instructor. In the event the course instructor is not able to resolve the issue, student shall discuss the matter with the school director who will formally investigate the complaint and take appropriate action.
Students dissatisfied with this school’s response to their complaint or who are not able to file a complaint with the school, can file a formal complaint with TWC, as well as other relevant agencies or accreditors, if applicable.
